Richard - Partner | Creative Director
Richard is a highly experienced creative leader with an innate sense of curiosity and wonder. Which could explain his decision to give up his position at Leo Burnett London and transfer to the company’s office in Thailand. This was the start of an Asian odyssey which took him to five markets immersing him in the most dynamic, innovative and fast paced region on earth. An experience that gave Richard invaluable insight into cultural nuance, collaboration, storytelling and of course, technology. Knowledge that he used to formidable effect creating work for some of the world’s most valuable brands including P&G, McDonald’s, Coke and Nestlé. In the process, the departments led by Richard delivered a Cannes Grand Prix, a WEBBY, a Cannes Gold PR Lion, D&AD Pencils, Spikes, Crystal Orbs and all manner of weirdly shaped and named trophies.
Today, Richard lives with his family atop a mountain in the heart of the French Alps. Another change of scenery, another infinite source of inspiration. Prior to any of this, he drove an ice cream van.
Marite - Partner | Strategist
Marite has always been drawn to the pull of decoding human behaviour and fascinated by the intersection of ideas, perceptions and identities. She believes the richest stories often come from such collisions. After graduating with a degree in psychology, the world of advertising seemed to be the place to marry this interest with her own sense of creativity. Starting with Client Service and Brand Activation at Leo Burnett, she finally settled into her role as a Strategic Planner with McCann Worldgroup, thriving in the challenge of solving business problems and winning clients over with her dynamic approach to marketing, research and ideation. She has also applied her skills towards Human-Centered Design disciplines including Experience Design and User Research. Accustomed to high-pressure environments and dynamic work challenges, Marite has taken her portable career across various markets, partnering with companies and agencies like Crispin Porter UK, Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, P&G, Unilever, Publicis and Kantar Futures.
Marite continues to feed her East-Meets-West lifestyle, setting up shop and home in the French Alps while nurturing her Asian links.
